Trusting Ourselves: Timing and Letting Go

Trust is all about timing. This week, we are discussing the concept of trusting ourselves. We often don't question the timing of good things, but it seems like bad things never come at the right time. That's just how life is. Interestingly, right after recording this, I received my first speeding ticket in a long time near my place of birth. Reflecting on the timing of this event, I realized that I have been dwelling on the past too much. Perhaps it's time to let go of our old patterns that keep leading us back to these thoughts. It's time to change our routine and create new patterns. I will delve deeper into this topic next week. This week's love note was truly beautiful. Do you trust yourself that's an interesting question it really is because um you know you can you may you may not right uh just depends on what it is like you can't trust yourself with an entire chocolate cake or a but can you trust yourself uh to hold back in certain situations you know I'm talking to my Aries right there you know ah you know that it's it's hard it's hard right to to know whether you can trust yourself or not and that really comes with experience the more experiences you have and the older you get you learn to trust yourself a little bit more and in some ways you know we have all these trust issues and general with people right because they've heard us they've burned us they've ghosted us they've been there they've they've flaked they've on and on and on right so we've got these trust issues but the question is how are you in those situations you know we always are focused outwards on how people treat us and how we feel because again you know we're living in that kind of perspective but when you just sit there and turn that question on to yourself do you trust yourself uh you know it's it's a good thing to ponder and if you don't trust yourself uh and it's time to go out and seek experiences and which give you those instincts like you know if you've jumped off something a number of times uh you can trust that you know how to land right but if you've never jumped off of something then you don't know how you're going to take that hit or that fall right so experience really does help with cultivating trust within yourself particularly so something to kind of think on this week's love note was uh there was a lot of trust in it it was an apology uh you know it looks like there has been a little hiccup uh amotion only between the two of blah blah and and the amount of time you screwed around is about the amount that it would have put you right at that fucking accident right in the heart of it you ever had those moments where you're like fuck if I was a minute earlier I would have been in the minute I would have been in the middle of that and there's so many times in life where we think our timings off we think we're late we think we're not going to make it in time and then we find out it's you know how often are you really uh off on your timing right so again trusting your own timing trusting the timing of the universe these are things that you can cultivate and work on right and that's that's where I come back to and again this this whole message here is about trusting the timing the timing of life the timing of things even though you think fuck that timing is so fucked off that all that timing that's got to be a flock up no it's not a flock up it was probably just in the nick of time right and it's about perspective and that shift is where we need where we need to be heading to is how do we shift from feeling like we're always at the wrong time at the right place or right place wrong time that kind of fucking mentality when the truth is we're where we're supposed to be when we're supposed to be there right so if you feel though pulled in some direction it is important for you to follow those instincts anything instinctual is for your highest good and that is another thing about trusting timing when you learn to trust timing you learn to trust your instinct I so this year let's all first and foremost learn to trust ourselves trust our own timing trust the timing of the universe uh and trust that if we have overwhelming desire or an instinct let's trust those for once let's stop
